ART workshop at the House of Books (Dom Knigi), Moscow

Today, in one of the major book stores in Moscow ARTformat has held a quilling tutorial. Quilling is a paper art. Quillers use thin strips of colorful paper, curling, rolling, looping, curling, twisting and gluing them together to create incredible designs, such as flowers, decorative elements for greeting cards and even volume compositions. Every book shopper interested could master the basic tools for quilling, as well as get acquainted with the basic techniques of paper filigree.
